Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing therapy team providing services in clinic and in-home settings. This role offers the opportunity to support children and families by delivering high-quality speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities
- Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by supervising SLP
- Provide therapy services in clinic and home environments
- Document sessions accurately and timely in EMR system
- Support families with carryover strategies and communication goals
- Maintain therapy materials and ensure a safe, engaging environment
- Collaborate with supervising SLP and interdisciplinary team
- Follow all HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from SLPA program
- Valid California SLPA license (or eligibility)
- Reliable transportation for travel between service locations
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with pediatric populations
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Pediatric clinic, school, or early intervention experience
- Experience with AAC or autism spectrum disorders
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
