Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing therapy team providing services in clinic and in-home settings. This role offers the opportunity to support children and families by delivering high-quality speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

  • Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by supervising SLP
  • Provide therapy services in clinic and home environments
  • Document sessions accurately and timely in EMR system
  • Support families with carryover strategies and communication goals
  • Maintain therapy materials and ensure a safe, engaging environment
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP and interdisciplinary team
  • Follow all HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from SLPA program
  • Valid California SLPA license (or eligibility)
  • Reliable transportation for travel between service locations
  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with pediatric populations

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Pediatric clinic, school, or early intervention experience
  • Experience with AAC or autism spectrum disorders

Compensation & Benefits
