About Teamwork Therapies
Teamwork Therapies is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider expanding services across Washington State. We provide Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy services for children and students across educational, developmental, clinical, and community-based settings.
We are building a Washington-based provider network to support school districts, ESIT and early childhood partners, pediatric clinics, community agencies, and families seeking therapy support for children over age 3. We are also developing local community-based access points in Tacoma, Puyallup, and Olympia.
Position Overview
Teamwork Therapies is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists, Clinical Fellows, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants interested in pediatric opportunities across Washington State.
Opportunities may include school-based services, ESIT/early intervention-related services, pediatric outpatient therapy, home and natural-setting visits, community-based services, telehealth-supported services, evaluations, direct therapy, consultation, documentation, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Depending on assignment and setting, responsibilities may include:
- Provide pediatric speech-language therapy services to children and students
- Complete assessments, screenings, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Support articulation, language, fluency, social communication, pragmatic language, and functional communication needs
- Deliver services in school, clinic, home, community, hybrid, or telehealth-supported settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, school teams, agency staff, and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in IEP, IFSP, care coordination, or service planning meetings when applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, agency, partner, and regulatory requirements
- Complete required onboarding, credentialing, and training for the applicable service setting
Qualifications
- Active Washington SLP or SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain Washington licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred for SLP roles; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- School-based, early intervention, outpatient pediatric, or home/community-based experience preferred
- For school-based placements, ESA certification or eligibility may be required depending on district requirements
- For ESIT-related work, willingness to complete required Washington ESIT onboarding, credentialing, and training requirements
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person, school, clinic, home, or community-based work when applicable
- Spanish-bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience
- Early intervention / birth-to-three services
- School-based therapy and IEP collaboration
- Pediatric outpatient therapy
- Home visits or natural-setting services
- Parent coaching and caregiver consultation
- Autism, language delay, articulation, fluency, AAC, pragmatic language, or developmental communication support
- Bilingual Spanish service delivery

Pay and Benefits
Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour, based on discipline, licensure level, experience, service setting, geography, schedule, and assignment requirements.
Typical hourly ranges may include:
- SLPA / COTA: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
- SLP Clinical Fellow: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
- CCC-SLP: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
Additional compensation considerations, such as mileage reimbursement, paid travel time, bilingual differential, rural service premium, or assignment-specific premium, may be available depending on the service model, geography, and partner requirements.
