Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – In-home Early Intervention Services in the Tracy Area

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in Tracy and surrounding communities. This role focuses on family-centered care, coaching caregivers, and supporting communication development during critical early years.

Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental speech and language evaluations for children ages 0–3
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals
- Provide in-home therapy using play-based, evidence-based interventions
- Coach and educate caregivers to support carryover of communication strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (OT, PT, developmental specialists)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Experience working with infants/toddlers or early intervention population
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Strong communication and family coaching skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with feeding therapy
- Familiarity with California Early Start or regional center services
Compensation & Benefits
