Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – In-home Early Intervention Services in the Tracy Area

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in Tracy and surrounding communities. This role focuses on family-centered care, coaching caregivers, and supporting communication development during critical early years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental speech and language evaluations for children ages 0–3
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals
• Provide in-home therapy using play-based, evidence-based interventions
• Coach and educate caregivers to support carryover of communication strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (OT, PT, developmental specialists)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
• Experience working with infants/toddlers or early intervention population
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Strong communication and family coaching skills

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience with feeding therapy
• Familiarity with California Early Start or regional center services
