Founder and CEO of Teamwork Therapies
As a founder and CEO of Teamwork Therapies, Sandhya is passionate about pediatric therapies and has spent most of her life helping kids who are in need. She is a bilingual licensed Speech and language Pathologist. She has a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech Rehabilitation. With her extensive experience in the rehab area, she would like to give back to the community by helping kids. She lives in Pleasanton CA with her husband and their lovely twins. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, doing yoga, learning about different languages and cultures.
Rakesh Balakrishnan
COO
Rakesh has helped Teamwork Therapies grow and stabilize from one to multiple locations across Bay Area. He is passionate about kids and families Teamwork serve and this has driven him to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner with speclization in special need kids. He strongly believes in ancient Ayurvedic principles based on holistic healing and feels that it would greatly help kids as a complementary solution to ABA, ST, OT, and PT. Prior to joining Teamwork Therapies, Rakesh has held various executive positions in fortune 20 Health and Life sciences companies. He is also passionate about real estate and helps clients find safe investment assets. He holds an MBA degree from UNC Kenan Flager Business School and a Masters Degree In Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine
